Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations (TSR) is a frontline role responsible for managing inbound and outbound shift activities at a branch or service centre. Reporting to the Shift In‑charge, the TSR ensures smooth pickup and delivery operations while maintaining service quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound shift processes, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor performance metrics such as on‑time delivery, handling exceptions and escalations.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehousing and customer service teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for shipments, returns and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to assigned territories up to 25% of the time to support operations.

Required profile

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in shift patterns and handle physical workload.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Prior experience in courier, logistics or transport operations is preferred.
