About the role
The Territory Service Representative – Operations supports inbound and outbound shift teams at Blue Dart’s branch and service centre network. Reporting to the shift in‑charge, the role ensures smooth service delivery across the territory and involves up to 25% travel.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the inbound shift in‑charge with daily operational tasks.
- Assist the outbound shift in‑charge where applicable.
- Travel to branch or service centre locations as required (up to 25% travel).
- Maintain service standards, accuracy and compliance in parcel handling.
Required profile
- Experience in frontline operations.
- Background in operations support.
- Ability to work in shift‑based environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
