Territory Service Representative – Jaipur

About the role

The Territory Service Representative will handle timely pickup and delivery of shipments across the assigned Jaipur territory, interact directly with customers, and manage cash‑on‑delivery collections while following Blue Dart’s operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pickup and delivery of customer shipments within committed timelines, ensuring careful handling to avoid damage.
• Serve as the face of Blue Dart, providing courteous service, resolving basic queries, and escalating issues when needed.
• Collect COD payments, obtain proof of delivery, and ensure accurate documentation and timely remittance.
• Scan shipments using handheld devices, update status in real time, and adhere to all SOPs.
• Follow road‑safety guidelines, wear prescribed uniform and PPE, and report any accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain the assigned two‑wheeler in road‑worthy condition, keep documents valid, and report maintenance needs.
• Uphold personal grooming standards, wear the Blue Dart uniform, and represent the brand positively.
• Collaborate with shift‑in‑charges and branch teams, supporting colleagues during operational contingencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 8th standard education; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Fresher to 2 years experience in courier, logistics, or field operations.
• Age 18 years or older with a valid two‑ or four‑wheeler driving licence.
• Own a two‑wheeler for personal‑vehicle deployment as per company policy.
• Physically fit for field work and willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
