About the role
The Territory Service Representative provides on‑site support to customers, ensuring service quality across an assigned area. The role involves traveling within the territory, addressing customer queries, and acting as a liaison between the field and the service centre.
Key responsibilities
- Travel within the assigned territory using a two‑wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Interact with customers and address their service queries in the local language, Hindi or English.
- Coordinate with the service centre to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain knowledge of local geography to optimise route planning.
Required profile
- Minimum 12th grade education.
- 1–2 years of experience in a service‑centre environment.
- Age between 20 and 27 years.
- Good organisational commitment and ability to work in a team.
- Effective communication in the local language, Hindi and English.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
Required skills
- Possession of a two‑wheeler.
- Valid driving licence.
- Basic computer knowledge, including use of standard office software.
