About the role

The Territory Service Representative (TSR) is responsible for providing direct service to customers by managing the pickup and delivery of shipments within an assigned territory. This field‑based role combines logistics operations with sales development to grow business on existing routes.

Key responsibilities

Perform timely pickup and delivery of shipments on the assigned route.
Ensure proper connection and tracking of shipments collected from the territory.
Develop and maintain the assigned territory or route, optimizing coverage.
Grow business with existing customers by identifying and pursuing sales leads.
Generate new sales leads within the territory.
Continuously update product and operations knowledge through self‑grooming.
