Territory Service Representative

About the role
The Territory Service Representative will be responsible for delivering service support and customer satisfaction across a defined geographic area. This field‑based role requires regular travel within the territory, interaction with customers in local languages, and coordination with the service centre.
Key responsibilities
- Visit customers and address service requests within the assigned territory.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local geography to plan efficient routes.
- Use a two‑wheeler and a valid driving licence to travel to client locations.
- Record service activities and update basic computer systems.
- Collaborate with the service centre team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Required profile
- Minimum education: 12th pass.
- Age between 20 and 27 years.
- Preferably 1‑2 years of experience in a service centre environment.
- Good communication skills in the local language, Hindi, and English.
- High organizational commitment and ability to work well in a team.
Required skills
- Possession of a two‑wheeler.
- Valid driving licence.
- Basic computer knowledge.
