Territory Service Representative – Courier and Cargo

About the role
The Territory Service Representative will support courier and cargo operations within the assigned area. The role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to manage pickup and delivery processes efficiently while working flexible shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Handle courier and cargo tally processes, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery tasks, maintaining timely service.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams in English.
- Work in rotating shifts to cover operational needs.
Required profile
- Minimum education: 10th class pass with marks sheet.
- Valid Aadhaar card and PAN card.
- Own bike, valid driving licence, vehicle registration certificate and insurance copy.
Required skills
- Proficient reading and speaking in English.
- Knowledge of courier and cargo tally processes.
- Understanding of pickup and delivery operations.
