About the role
The Territory Service Engineer is responsible for delivering on‑site technical support and service activities across an assigned region. This role ensures equipment is commissioned, customers are trained, and warranty and maintenance contracts are fulfilled according to company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Commission RMCL and Roots Buggy equipment at customer sites.
- Provide training to end‑users on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Manage warranty and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service schedules.
- Handle customer complaints and service requests in line with company policy.
- Develop and grow AMC parts business volume within the designated territory.
Required profile
- Strong technical knowledge relevant to the equipment being serviced.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
