Territory Sales Officer – B2B IT Solutions

About the role

Fuworx Innovations is seeking an energetic and target‑oriented Territory Sales Officer to drive new business for its digital transformation and IT services in the Visakhapatnam zone. You will prospect B2B customers, understand their challenges, and present tailored technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop B2B prospects and new business opportunities in Visakhapatnam and nearby areas.
• Generate leads through client meetings, cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand customer business challenges and match them with Fuworx’s IT and digital transformation services.
• Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
• Coordinate with the technical/pre‑sales team to craft suitable proposals.
• Follow up on leads, meetings, proposals, quotations, and opportunities until closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Update all activities in the CRM and track competitor activity.
• Achieve assigned lead‑generation, meeting, pipeline, and sales targets.
• Submit daily/weekly sales activity reports to the reporting manager.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with business owners, managers, and decision‑makers.
• Good presentation, negotiation, and follow‑up abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable with field sales and client visits.
• Willingness to travel within Visakhapatnam and nearby areas.
• Two‑wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
