Territory Sales Manager

About the role

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will be responsible for growing Red Bull's presence within a defined geographic area. Working closely with distributors, national and local retail accounts, the TSM will drive sales fundamentals, manage inventory, and ensure optimal brand visibility across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve financial and trade sales targets for all assigned distributors and towns.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors to implement distribution, pricing, placement, POSM, and promotion strategies.
• Monitor and report on distributor performance, inventory levels, warehouse hygiene, and automation processes.
• Recruit, train, and develop frontline field forces (both third‑party and distributor staff).
• Design, execute, and review incentive programs and marketing activations aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure all outlets in the territory are serviced and merchandised according to the sales plan.
• Manage distributor claims, timely submission of supporting documents, and resolve queries with regional finance.
• Coordinate with field marketing for sales drives, events, and channel‑specific promotions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within FMCG or beverage sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain distributor relationships.
• Strong understanding of sales fundamentals such as distribution, pricing, placement, and promotions.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and leading field sales teams.
• Ability to analyse sales data, inventory reports, and drive corrective actions.
