Territory Sales Manager – D2C

About the role

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will lead and manage a network of Team Leaders and Promoters to drive the promotion of prepaid SIMs, mobile number portability (MNP) and recharges across a defined market geography. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets, expanding market coverage and strengthening trade relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver revenue and sales targets for prepaid products.
• Appoint, coach and manage Channel Partners, Team Leaders and Promoters within the assigned territory.
• Ensure distributors have the necessary infrastructure, working capital and processes to provide reliable service.
• Expand town coverage and increase distribution outlets to boost extraction intensity.
• Visit markets and distributors as per the planned journey plan (PJP) to reinforce execution and trade relationships.
• Drive high-quality extraction from covered sites and towns.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in telecom or FMCG sales.
• Proven ability to manage distributors and motivate teams.
• Strong conflict-management skills and self-driven attitude.
• Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
• Fluent in English and the local market language with ability to prepare performance reports.
