Territory Sales Executive – Mumbai

About the role

Burjline Builders, a Dubai‑based multinational trading and distribution company, is looking for a motivated Territory Sales Executive to join its Mumbai team. You will be responsible for expanding the company’s market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets in the Mumbai territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with new and existing clients, tailoring solutions to their needs.
• Conduct market research to spot trends, monitor competitor activity, and uncover growth areas.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably in trading or distribution.
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong business sense and ability to build rapport with decision‑makers.
• Highly self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
