About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Executive to join our team in Jodhpur. You will be responsible for driving sales growth across the assigned territory, building strong client relationships and achieving revenue targets for our diverse portfolio of FMCG and alcohol brands.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Maintain and nurture long‑term relationships with key accounts.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports and performance analyses.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Travel across the territory as required.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in FMCG, alcohol or consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of market analysis, customer needs assessment and strategic planning.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales reporting.
