About the role

The Territory Manager – Loan Against Property is responsible for sourcing loans through market channels, building a high‑quality loan portfolio and leading a team to meet the bank’s sales and risk objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Source and manage business channels from the market to acquire new loan customers, building and maintaining a quality loan portfolio while minimizing delinquencies and rejections.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Stay updated with retail asset products, operational processes, and market trends; identify evolving market dynamics and develop channels to enhance business acquisition.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and recommend process improvements to drive operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in loan sourcing or retail banking.
• Strong understanding of retail asset products and market trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
