About the role
The Territory Manager will drive the business of EIL within the assigned territory, focusing on the bank's Loan against Property products.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for Loan against Property products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote the bank's Loan against Property offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of Loan against Property services to customers.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant stream (post‑graduation optional).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
