Territory Manager – Digital Surgery

About the role

The Territory Manager – Digital Surgery drives adoption and utilization of digital surgery solutions, including robotic‑assisted platforms and navigation technologies, across the assigned territory. You will work closely with orthopaedic surgeons, hospital administrators and joint reconstruction sales teams to accelerate the uptake of smart surgery solutions and achieve sales and utilization targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase adoption of robotic‑assisted surgery technologies and achieve sales, utilization and market development targets.
• Establish strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre managers and hospital stakeholders, providing in‑theatre support, product demonstrations and training.
• Collaborate with Joint Reconstruction sales, marketing, clinical education and service teams to launch new solutions and drive capital equipment opportunities.
• Monitor competitive activities, market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and maintain accurate forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related field.
• Proven success in medical‑device or healthcare‑technology sales, preferably in orthopaedics or capital equipment.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship‑management skills with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, highly technical environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, business acumen and analytical mindset.
