Territory Manager – Advanced Wound Care

Coloplast, a global leader in medical devices, is seeking a Territory Manager to grow its Advanced Wound Care portfolio in the Gurgaon region.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for the Advanced Wound Care portfolio.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key opinion leaders such as surgeons and nurses.
• Execute annual business plan activities including product evaluations, CMEs, ISPs, and RTMs.
• Secure rate contracts with private and public hospitals.
• Gather market intelligence and feed insights to management.
• Plan and document daily call routines to ensure optimal coverage of key accounts.
• Develop and implement account‑specific action plans for high‑priority customers.
• Ensure product availability and maintain transparency in secondary sales channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical device fields.
• Graduate degree in Science, Pharmacy or a related discipline; sales or marketing qualifications are a plus.
• Strong ethical mindset, positive attitude and alignment with Coloplast’s mission and values.
