Territory Executive – Sales

About the role

Drive sales of school books and digital learning solutions, build strong customer relationships, expand market reach, manage distribution channels, and achieve sales, revenue and collection targets while leveraging CRM tools and market insights to support business growth and ensure timely collection of revenues.

Key responsibilities

• Promote school books and LMS solutions to schools through consultative selling, leveraging strong product and service knowledge to match customer needs.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers by adopting a customer‑focused approach and communicating effectively.
• Identify potential customers and drive market penetration using business development techniques and market intelligence capabilities.
• Negotiate terms of agreement and close sales with channel distribution partners, employing strong negotiation skills and persuasive techniques.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets, revenue, and collections by demonstrating a strong ability to drive results and apply business insights.

Required profile

• Graduate degree, preferably a professional diploma in marketing management.
• 2–8 years of relevant sales experience, with openness to travel.
• Excellent communication, marketing and selling abilities, and quick understanding of the academic publishing market.
