Territory Account Manager – MedTech

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson MedTech as a Territory (District) Account Manager in Coimbatore, driving sales of orthopaedic joint implants and VELYS robotic surgery solutions. You will act as the product expert, supporting surgeons and healthcare facilities throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell orthopaedic joint implants and VELYS robotic surgery systems across private and public hospitals.
• Deliver product presentations and technical briefings to multiple stakeholders, collaborating with the joint sales representative.
• Support installation, relocation, and technical service of equipment in the assigned region.
• Plan and execute logistics for equipment procurement, moving, and repositioning.
• Share best practices to improve robot integration and support rollout of new products or updates.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of competitor offerings and market trends.
• Provide clinical support during initial robotic procedures and act as the RAS expert before, during, and after installation.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver training to sterile processing, engineering, and other facility teams.
• Collaborate closely with VELYS Digital Surgery partners and field service engineers to ensure a unified customer experience.

• Strong customer focus and ability to manage relationships across the healthcare ecosystem.
