Terminal Coordinator – Cochin HHA

About the role

The Terminal Coordinator for the Cochin HHA hub is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of hired terminals. The role ensures that all operational controls, manpower, and compliance requirements are met so that product supply to customers remains uninterrupted.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing hired terminal operations in line with standards and regulations.
• Implement new initiatives and projects to meet future operational requirements.
• Provide inputs for business‑process improvements, annual budgeting, and expense monitoring.
• Verify infrastructure readiness according to agreement terms and internal guidelines.
• Oversee manpower planning, product unloading, storage, dispatch handling, and safety/quality compliance.
• Monitor terminal operators to ensure service delivery, quality standards, and reduction of transit, operating, and product losses.
• Supervise testing and calibration of pressure vessels, weighbridges, and other support equipment.
• Ensure lab results meet quality standards before dispatch of tank trucks.
• Track market indents to guarantee timely product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Build effective relations with workforce to prevent industrial disputes and maintain operational continuity.
