Tendering Manager

About the role

IZI is seeking a full‑time Tendering Manager to lead the end‑to‑end tender lifecycle for its drone and aerial platform solutions. Based on‑site in Bhopal, you will work closely with sales, finance, legal and technical teams to develop competitive bids that align with the company’s product capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and scan tender opportunities across institutional and government sectors.
• Analyse tender documents, prepare cost estimates and draft comprehensive proposals.
• Coordinate inputs from cross‑functional stakeholders to shape bid strategies and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain tender documentation, track status, and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Support contract negotiations and facilitate post‑award handover to project teams.
• Monitor market trends, manage procurement‑related paperwork for bids, and drive process improvements to increase win rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full tender cycles for institutional or government clients.
• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and ability to work with purchasing and compliance teams.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with experience in bid strategy and commercial negotiation support.
• Project‑management skills, including planning, coordination and deadline management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management or a related field; experience in drones, technology or industrial solutions is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, high attention to detail and ability to work on‑site in Bhopal.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with tendering or ERP tools.
• Familiarity with government e‑procurement portals and basic financial concepts.
