Telesales Specialist – Hindi & English (Coimbatore)

About the role

Aurawill, a fast‑growing health and wellness brand, is looking for a proactive Telesales Specialist who can turn inbound inquiries and abandoned carts into loyal customers. You will work on‑site in Coimbatore, handling high‑volume outbound calls in both Hindi and English.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads, website inquiries, and cart abandoners to convert them into paying customers.
• Explain product benefits and recommend appropriate pack sizes or plans based on customer needs.
• Convert one‑time buyers into monthly subscribers and drive repeat purchases.
• Follow up on orders, including cash‑on‑delivery, to confirm and reduce cancellations.
• Handle customer queries about ingredients, usage, delivery, and payment.
• Re‑engage inactive customers and cross‑sell or upsell related products.
• Maintain accurate call logs and lead records in the CRM.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service with a sales component.
• Fluent in Hindi (mandatory) and strong verbal communication in English.
• Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and customer‑focused.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Excel.
• Good interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
