About the role

Equilibrium - Mind and Yoga is looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join its remote sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our services, and driving revenue growth from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential leads and customers via telephone to introduce products and services.
• Present product information, pricing, and promotions clearly and persuasively.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Achieve and regularly exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
