About the role
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to promote our real‑estate projects. The role focuses on outbound calls to generate interest and schedule site visits.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and generate interest in the project.
- Follow up leads via calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain lead records and ensure regular follow‑ups.
Required profile
- Good communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi and English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
