About the role

Tripearltech Private Limited is seeking a Telesales Executive/Customer Care Executive to join its Ahmedabad office. The role involves interacting with potential and existing customers to promote and sell the company's Microsoft‑based solutions and related services. This is a full‑time, on‑site position.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
• Explain company services and offerings clearly.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversions.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required profile

• Must be able to work full‑time on‑site in Ahmedabad.
