About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our outbound call centre in Noida. The role focuses on generating personal loan leads, explaining loan products to prospective customers, and converting inquiries into qualified prospects.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential personal loan customers.
Explain loan features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
Follow up with interested customers to move them through the sales process.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets as well as sales conversion goals.

Required profile

Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
Strong verbal communication in Hindi.
Basic computer literacy.
