Telesales Executive (On-site, Coimbatore)

About the role

The Telesales Executive will work on‑site in Coimbatore, handling both outbound and inbound calls to promote Zimson’s branded retail products. You will engage customers, explain offers, and turn inquiries into sales while supporting the store’s overall sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to present products and offers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable items.
• Maintain accurate call logs and sales records in internal systems.
• Follow up on leads and support the achievement of sales targets.
• Handle basic customer support issues and ensure a consistent experience.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams.
• Adhere to scripts, compliance guidelines, and continuously improve call quality and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in clear spoken English and the local language.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to resolve basic issues.
• Sales and lead‑generation aptitude to convert calls into sales.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with phone systems and CRM tools.
• Goal‑oriented, detail‑focused, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior telesales or retail sales experience is preferred.
