About the role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team in the Delhi‑NCR region. The role involves engaging with potential customers through inbound calls and telemarketing, focusing on lead generation and business development. You will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring professional communication and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote our products/services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in lead generation and business development techniques.
