Telesales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to drive sales and enrolments for our educational courses, workshops, training programs and related products. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, have strong communication and convincing skills, and be comfortable working with sales targets and follow‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads and prospective customers.
• Understand prospect requirements and recommend suitable courses, workshops or products.
• Explain course features, benefits, pricing, schedules and enrolment details clearly.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert qualified leads into paid enrolments and sales.
• Handle customer questions, concerns and objections professionally.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups with leads until conversion.
• Reconnect with old and existing leads to generate additional sales.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow‑ups and conversions.
• Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead quality and customer feedback.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, counselling or business development.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling sales conversations.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and good at relationship building.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets or lead‑management tools.
