Telesales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and target‑oriented Telesales / Inside Sales Executive to join our automobile sales team. The role involves connecting with customers, understanding their needs, generating leads and assisting in the purchase or sale of new and used cars.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to discuss vehicle options, pricing, offers and financing.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups, convert leads into sales and coordinate vehicle visits, inspections and negotiations with the sales team.
• Assist customers interested in buying or selling their cars and ensure a smooth sales process until closure.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, automobile or customer sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Good verbal communication in Hindi and English, strong customer‑handling and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and basic computer knowledge with familiarity of CRM software.
