About the role

We are seeking passionate, customer‑focused professionals to join our Telesales team. As a Telesales Executive you will work from our Hyderabad office, engaging customers over the phone to promote insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

Contact prospective and existing customers via telephone.
Present and explain insurance products.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Maintain accurate records of interactions.

Required profile

Freshers are welcome; candidates with a 12th pass (Intermediate) or any graduation are eligible.
Experience in any Call Centre, BPO or voice process is preferred.
Fluency in the required language combinations (Tamil + Hindi + English, Malayalam + Hindi + English, or Kannada + English + Hindi + Telugu).
