Telesales Executive

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join Ridhi Financial Service in Kolkata. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and promoting our financial products to prospective customers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential clients via telephone to introduce financial services.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address objections.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and CRM usage.
