About the role
The Telesales Executive will focus on generating gold loan leads through high‑volume outbound calling. The role involves engaging both existing inactive customers and new prospects, presenting gold loan products, and driving conversions while coordinating closely with branch teams.
Key responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls each day to promote gold loan offerings.
- Identify and qualify leads from an existing database and open market sources.
- Pitch gold loan products, address customer queries, and ensure successful conversion.
- Collaborate with branch staff and managers to facilitate loan closures.
- Supervise daily operations of the customer service department related to tele‑sales activities.
Required profile
- Strong communication and persuasive skills for tele‑calling.
- Ability to meet daily call and conversion targets.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple internal teams.
- Basic understanding of financial products, preferably gold loans.
