About the role
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to promote health insurance plans to prospective customers. The role involves outbound calling, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through product details.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.
- Understand customers’ healthcare and insurance requirements.
- Explain health insurance plans, benefits, coverage, exclusions, and premiums clearly.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Required profile
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Fresher candidates with good communication skills can apply.
