Telesales Executive – Financial Services (Bhandup West)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Telesales Executive to join our financial services client in Bhandup West. You will be the voice of the company, reaching out to prospective customers, explaining loan and credit‑card products, and converting leads into satisfied clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate leads for loan and credit‑card offerings.
• Understand customer needs and present suitable financial products.
• Follow up with interested prospects to achieve successful conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system.
• Build positive relationships through professional communication.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

Required profile

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and target‑driven sales.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and result‑oriented.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telesales, loans, credit cards, banking or NBFC is a plus but not mandatory.

What we offer

• Working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Sunday off.
• Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000, based on experience.
