About the role
We are looking for an energetic Telesales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon on a day shift. The role focuses on outbound calling, lead generation and converting prospects into satisfied customers.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers to close deals.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow‑up details.
Required profile
- Graduate (any discipline) – freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Positive, target‑oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes.
