Telesales Executive – B2B Outbound Sales

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our Mumbai office and drive outbound B2B sales for Agile Consultants across the UAE and GCC. You will introduce our recruitment services to prospective companies, identify hiring needs and convert conversations into new client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to HR professionals, hiring managers and business owners in the UAE and GCC to present Agile Consultants’ recruitment solutions.
• Identify companies with current or upcoming hiring requirements and generate qualified leads.
• Follow up prospects through calls, emails and other channels, handling objections and moving discussions toward a signed engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client requirements and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned targets for calls, lead generation, conversion rates and revenue.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, business development or B2B inside sales, preferably selling services.
• Strong spoken and written English with the ability to communicate confidently with senior decision‑makers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and handling objections.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow‑ups independently.
