Telesales Agent – IVF Patient Support

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and confident Telesales Agent to handle patient enquiries for our IVF clinic. The role involves providing accurate information about IVF treatments, converting leads into consultations, and delivering a high level of service to prospective patients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls from patients and other enquiries.
• Provide comprehensive information about IVF procedures, treatments, and related services.
• Convert potential leads into appointments and consultations.
• Follow up consistently with prospective patients.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling with doctors and clinic staff.
• Maintain and update the patient database within the CRM system.
• Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and lead‑conversion targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leading IVF clinic or similar healthcare call‑center environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a patient‑focused attitude.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under performance metrics.
• Availability to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, six days a week.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for data entry and management.
