About the role
The Telephone Operator provides prompt, courteous, and trouble‑free communications support to both hotel guests and staff. Working within Hyatt’s service concepts, the role ensures all telephone interactions align with hotel and corporate guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Operate hotel communication systems to handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
- Deliver accurate information and assistance to guests and employees.
- Maintain a courteous and professional telephone etiquette at all times.
- Follow Hyatt and corporate guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
- Document and report any communication issues or guest concerns to relevant departments.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
