Telemarketing Executive

About the role

EduBiz Networks is seeking a Telemarketing Executive to work remotely from anywhere in India. You will support education service providers and school vendors by connecting them with schools and decision‑makers, following flexible timings that align with standard school hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using the company’s Cloud Telephony platform.
• Identify and qualify leads for education support‑service providers.
• Use the CRM system to log interactions, track follow‑ups, and ensure proper handling of opportunities.
• Maintain call quality standards and adhere to performance targets.
• Collaborate with the team to improve scripts and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Strong command of English with clear voice quality.
• Confident, articulate, and eager to learn.
• Interest in building a career in marketing and sales.
• Ability to work independently from a home office.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Cloud Telephony platforms.
• Experience using CRM systems for lead management.
