Telemarketing Associate – Full-Time (Bhandup West, Mumbai)

About the role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, goal‑driven Telemarketing Associate to join our Mumbai office. You will make outbound calls, introduce our services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100 connected outbound calls daily using provided databases.
• Present and explain our services to prospects in a clear, engaging manner.
• Identify qualified leads, record details accurately and update the CRM.
• Maintain a call log and track lead status.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing for smooth handover of leads.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Confident, self‑motivated and eager to learn.
• Ability to handle objections and stay composed during calls.
• Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business or related fields preferred.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
• Proficiency in Excel (or similar spreadsheet software).
