Telemarketer – Outbound Sales for Creative Studio

About the role

The Telemarketer role at OK CREATIVE LAB is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Telemarketer will conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce studio services, and generate interest in production and creative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify leads and explain the studio’s service offerings.
• Answer client inquiries and schedule appointments or follow‑up calls for the business development or production team.
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM or call logs.
• Meet daily call volume and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to support campaigns and gather prospect feedback.
• Contribute to a positive client experience throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Strong communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
• Sales‑oriented mindset to identify needs and promote services.
• Effective appointment‑scheduling and time‑management skills.
• Basic knowledge of media, creative, or production services is beneficial.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call‑center roles is an advantage.
