Telemarketer – Lead Generation for Architecture Services

About the role

We are seeking a confident Telemarketer to support THE CAD STUDIO’s Architecture and Interior Design services. The role focuses on generating leads, communicating with potential clients, and arranging meetings to showcase our design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients for architecture and interior design projects.
• Conduct outbound calls in Hindi and, where possible, in English.
• Maintain regular follow‑up communication to nurture leads.
• Schedule appointments and meetings between prospects and the design team.
• Update the CRM/database with call outcomes and client information.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in Hindi; basic English proficiency is a plus.
• Positive, target‑driven attitude with a willingness to meet performance goals.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or client handling is advantageous.
• Basic computer literacy.

Required skills

• Computer literacy (basic office applications).
