Telemarketer – Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telemarketer to generate and qualify leads for property listings. The role involves contacting potential clients, introducing them to available properties, and scheduling appointments for sales managers.

Key responsibilities

• Call potential leads to introduce property listings and new projects.
• Qualify leads by assessing interest, readiness, and specific needs.
• Schedule appointments for sales managers to meet interested clients.
• Provide accurate information on properties, pricing, and services.
• Maintain detailed call activity records and lead information in the CRM.
• Handle client objections and answer questions about market conditions and the buying/selling process.
• Support lead generation through cold calling, warm calling, and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine call strategies based on feedback.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management software (preferred).
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment handling high call volumes.
