Telemarketer – Lead Calling Executive

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Telemarketer to join Sparkwave, a fast‑growing digital marketing agency. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, managing follow‑ups and scheduling meetings to support our sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients.
- Handle client inquiries, follow‑ups and provide relevant information.
- Schedule and confirm meetings between prospects and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets and contribute to revenue goals.
Required profile
- Fluent in Hindi and basic proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Strong verbal communication and confident phone presence.
- Ability to work in an office environment and meet performance metrics.
