About the role

Widespread is seeking a full‑time Telemarketer to join its Pune office. In this on‑site position you will engage potential clients by phone, promote the company’s digital marketing and SEO services, and help generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients via telephone to introduce and promote services.
• Schedule appointments and follow‑up meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions and outcomes.
• Provide clear information about service offerings and answer client queries.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet or exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in appointment scheduling and customer service.
• Sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Positive, goal‑oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales or customer outreach is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
