About the role
Baby Joy Fertility and IVF is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage and drive its IVF sales team in Rajouri Garden. The role involves overseeing a telecalling team, converting leads, coordinating patients, and managing overall sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Team handling and supervision of 8-10 sales agents
- Lead conversion and patient coordination
- Sales management and target achievement
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years experience in BPO, IVF or healthcare sales as a Team Leader
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Target‑oriented with proven team management abilities
- Preferably background in IVF or healthcare
