Telecalling Executive (On-site, Kolkata)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Telecalling Executive to join our Kolkata office. The role involves contacting existing and prospective clients by phone to present our investment services, answer queries, and arrange follow‑up discussions. You will work closely with the sales and investment teams, maintain accurate call records and help drive business development.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing and potential clients to share information about investment products and services.
• Respond to client inquiries and schedule follow‑up calls or meetings.
• Maintain detailed call logs and update client information in internal systems.
• Follow scripted dialogues and guidelines while ensuring courteous, professional communication.
• Coordinate with sales and investment teams to gather basic client requirements.
• Provide feedback from calls to support business development activities.
• Consistently meet attendance and performance targets and adhere to company policies.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills with professional telephone etiquette.
• Basic understanding of financial services or willingness to learn investment terminology.
• Ability to follow scripts and adapt communication style to different client profiles.
• Comfort using computers and CRM or calling software, maintaining accurate call logs.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities to meet call targets.
• Problem‑solving attitude with a focus on respectful, non‑discriminatory service.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support is an advantage.
• Minimum high school diploma; higher education in business or commerce is a plus.
