About the role
We are seeking confident and enthusiastic telecallers to join our team at Investim Solutions. The position involves making outbound calls to promote company products and services, handling customer queries, and meeting performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers/clients.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper information.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain daily calling records and reports.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and performance targets.
Required profile
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.
