Telecalling Executive

About the role

Kundli King is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive with experience in astrology‑related services. The candidate will communicate with customers over the phone, understand their concerns, explain horoscope and Kundli offerings, and convert enquiries into paid consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle incoming customer calls and provide relevant information.
• Understand customers' requirements related to astrology and horoscope services.
• Explain Kundli, horoscope, astrology consultations, and other services offered by Kundli King.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
• Convert leads into paid consultations/services through effective communication.
• Maintain customer details, call records, and follow‑up status.
• Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a good customer experience.
• Achieve assigned calling, follow‑up, and conversion targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.
• Prior experience in astrology, Vedic astrology, horoscope, Kundli, tarot, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hindi proficiency required; English or other regional languages are an advantage.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer‑oriented personality.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Comfortable working with calling and CRM tools.
